Lovely Prisca is petite but mighty. At 4”9, she was feeling overwhelmed by the traditional dresses out there, and looking for something completely custom made that would elongate her frame and accentuate her curves. Her wedding ceremony was in church, and she was wary of showing too much skin, so we designed detachable tulle off the shoulder sleeves that she could remove when it was party time. Her dress was a gorgeously appliquéd mermaid sheath of duchess satin, and the phrase ‘fits like a glove’ could have been made for her.
